Cozumel/Tulum Mexico

At the port.
Welcome committee.
Our ride to the mainland from the Island of Cozumel.

Shopping area.

On the road to the Mayan Ruins of Tulum on the coast of the Caribbean Sea.

Tulum means "Wall". Tulum was a religous Mayan city with an incredible temple. Click to enlarge.

The Tulum Ruins are the only Mayan Ruins located on the edge of the sea. When I saw pictures of this amazing place I knew I had to go there. My fascination was heightened because of its location by the Caribbean Sea. I've always wanted to see Mayan Ruins. I wish we could of visited all the Mayan sights. There are many that have been excavated and still many more that have not because of the lack of funding.

We got to swim in this beautiful water. The waves were pretty fun too.

Back to the ship.
